I had a small windshield chip, called State Farm, and they at first suggested places that weren't close to our home. With that being said, I chose Precision Auto Glass because of their location. I lucked out with this one. They had all the State Farm info in their system. They've been in business for years, knew what they were doing, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. You can't even see the chip. No charge.

My windshield cracked, and I called two other places first to replace it. Both said they’d need my car in their shop for a few hours and quoted a high amount. Then my dad recommended Precision - they quoted lower, came to my house, and completed it in less than an hour! Don’t go anywhere else!

Very efficient service. Affordable with OEM windshields. Mobile van showed up as scheduled and were done in under an hour. Support local business...excellent service, highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We went with one that was on the insurance list (they are not anymore) and made the wrong choice. They broke the clamps and molding on the windshield and instead of replacing them just tried to use extra adhesive to hold the windshield in place. They lied and told us that the clamps never went back in perfectly, so they used adhesive as well and put tape on the edges while it dried. The truth was they broke the clamps and never replaced them. The adhesive oozed out everywhere and they didn't bother to clean it up. I followed their instructions and waited about 24 hours to take it out in the cold. That is when I found the damage to the door. When I called to have the driver's side door cleaned up, they came back two days later and tried to take it off. All it did was to take off the paint from the door and handle. (see photos) Also, I could now hear a loud whistling when driving at higher speeds. We had to call the insurance company to assist with correcting the damage. The body shop realized the extent of the damage when they had to fix the botched job. The clamps were not there, the molding was broken, and they had used so much adhesive that it still had
